Where is Bass and Treble in Audacity 3.2.1?

I installed new 3.2.1 version and Effects > Bass and Treble is missed. How can I install this plug-in? I use Windows 10.

You can go back to the old long list if you prefer,

Just go to Edit > Preferences > Effects
and in Sort or Group
just select Sorted by effect name from the dropdown menu.
