These terms of service are a contract between MuseCY SM Ltd., a Cyprus company with registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou, 84, 4004, Limassol, Cyprus (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Audacity Forum”) and you. By using this forum, you agree to our Privacy Policy and the following terms:
- This forum is about Audacity. Do not use this forum to post about things unrelated to Audacity.
- Advertising, off-page SEO and other promotional activities are not allowed and may be deleted without prior notice along with the accounts that post them.
- Remain respectful. Rude, provocative or otherwise disruptive behavior may cause your account to be silenced or suspended.
- When posting, you retain all ownership rights to your posts. However, you grant us a license to copy, publish and distribute your content for the purpose of running this forum. This license expires when the content is removed from the forum, and the last copy disappears from our caches and backups. Other licenses you apply to content you submit, such as Creative Commons licenses, may continue after your content is removed.
- You accept all risks of using the forum and content on the forum. As far as the law allows, we and our suppliers provide the forum as is, without any warranty whatsoever.
