I recently updated to 3.6.1 on Windows 10, and ever since I’ve been getting a strange error. A clip I’ve been using in audacity for years now suddenly shows the wave form about 3-5 seconds out of sync with the audio. This is true for the most recent recording, but is also true when I went back and opened any of my old recordings as well (despite having made zero changes to them). The sound still plays as it always has, but having no visual makes it hard to align the clip for new recordings. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it? I’ve attached a screenshot of the audio in question (track 2 should have the peak near the center instead of offset to the right).
This sounds like this known and logged bug that has already been fixed for the upcoming 3.6.2 release.

Well this sucks. …I haven’t been able to work on my remixes for awhile because of…well, life. Just sat down to have some fun and I opened up Aud and with the 3.6.1 version I upgraded to about a week ago, I immediately saw this problem. When is this going to get fixed?
Muse have alreday fixed this for the upcoming 3.6.2 release

When will we see that? I’m kinda stuck until then… Sigh
I’m afraid I don’t know, hopefully soon - but recently a nasty crash bug was discovered (longer recordings into un-saved projects) and Muse are trying ti fix that for 3.6.2 so there may be a little delay.
