Voice Track Repair Help

Hi I have an MP3 voice track of a lady speaking.

It has a horrible glitch at about 7 seconds in and I’m trying to fix it.
What is the best tool to try and tackle this?

I also can’t seem to just select the bottom channel (which has less glitch) to try and paste that over the top one ??? What am I missing?

you’ll need to split the Stereo track to two mono tracks so you can work on them indepedently and then remake the into a stereo track.
