I really dont like the way the arrow buttons on the side and bottom scroll bars (uo and down and side to side scroll) disappear when the curser isnt in/on the scroll bar

It isn’t like that for me on W10 with 3.5.1 latest release or the Beta test build for the upcoming 3.6.0 release.

For me the scroll bar arrows are always present, regardless of the cursor position.
