Trying to use sound flower to record Internal Audio on Catalina, But I'm just getting a flatline. What should I do?

So I’ve been using Audacity for some time, and have recently updated to Catalina (version 10.15). Usually, I’d use sound flower to record internal audio, but for some reason, when I do the exact same thing as I did before on other versions of Mac, it doesn’t record anything and gives a flatline. What should I do? is it because I updated to Catalina? Any information is appreciated

The most recent version of Soundflower that I was able to find, was for “macOS Mojave (10.14) and earlier”.

Have you found a version that supports Catalina?

Yes.

Catalina carefully peeled off all older 32-bit apps as they were warning it was going to do. If it’s critical that your older software keep running, you could roll back to the earlier Mojave, still, as far as I know, still supported.
