the time-sliding button [F5] has disappeared from the GUI !!!
I reinstalled reinstalled, nothing helps

IMHO, it’s been replaced with a better option.
Place the mouse pointer over the name bar of the track until the cursor turns into a hand.
Click and drag.
It has been replaced with “Clip Handles”.

The really good part of this new approach is that you don’t have to keep switching out of Selection tool mode to move the clips/tracks around.

The really bad part is that it is almost impossible to click and drag an audio selection when tracks are collapsed.
