I’m looking for Audacity software compatible with Mac Ventura 13.0.1 to use with an Ion vinal to digital turntable. Please advise

Virtually all USB turntables are [u]class compliant[/u] so they are plug-and-play with the Microsoft-supplied and Apple-supplied drivers. (A assume Linux too.)

Yes, Linux and macOS have built-in support for class compliant USB audio devices. MacOS may require manually setting permission to use the device.
