Screen Recording & Mobile Phone Recording

Hi all,
I am new to this forum and fairly new to Audacity also.

My operating system macOS Sierra 10.12.3

I have recorded two important interviews and both of them have poor sound quality. I was hoping to use Zoom to record these interviews, but there was a tech problem. So I ended up recording one with a mobile phone - actually recoding the sound from the computer. I have attached a few seconds of that one.

The other interview was recorded via Quicktime using a screen recording and the sound is really tinny.

Is there anything I can do with the recording I have attached please?

Thank you,
Louise

I used LevelSpeech2.ny plugin for Audacity to compress.

Do you know what the tech problem was? Never waste an accident.

What does that mean? You just pressed record on the MacBook Pro’s mics? I’ve done that. That’s not dreadful if you’re using Audacity. I shot the temporary voice track for an animation like that.

You recorded it through Skype? Skype has a new trick where it will record both sides of the interview as an on-line service.

Let us know.
