Is there a tool that is the equilvilent to the Razor All Clips Tool in Adobe? I’ve scoured the internet for hours and can’t find what I’m looking for. I want to be able to cut all the tracks at once so they are all cut in sync.

this is how I would do it : drag the cursor diagonally across the tracks when making the selection

Make the selection in one track then Ctrl+Shift+K …
