I just spent about 4 hours editing a podcast and Audacity crashed when I opened another file. When I went to reopen I got this:
I saved as a new file name, but the project is now empty.
I still have the data folder.
Is there any way to restore? This has happened to me twice.
What happens when you click the OK button.
Audacity should open the project and just ignore those stray orphan block files.
Closing Audacity and re-opening almost always recovers crash files.
I just had this same problem - did you find a solution?
