MP3 Format Not Listed

I downloaded the New Version of Audacity, but when trying to export the file, MP3 type is not listed, am I misisng something or do I need to change a setting. I am at a loss. Please help.

Use the Format dropdown selection in the export dialog:

I don’t have the MP3 in my drop down to select. It’s like it is missing.
