"MISE A JOUR AUTOMATIQUE" sans mon accord ! BUG?

Bonjour,

Je travaille avec Audacity depuis de très nombreuses années (1985) et surtout avec la version 3.5.1 64bits qui me convient totalement… mais depuis déjà pas mal de temps Audacity fait une mise à jour automatique sans mon accord !!! pour m’installer la 3.7.1 QUE JE NE VEUX ABSOLUMENT PAS. Est-ce un BUG ?

A SAVOIR :

  • Vous pouvez toujours décocher la case “mise à jour”, c’est inutile,

  • Vider la bases de registre de tout ce qui appartient à Audacity, c’est inutile,

  • Vider “tous les dossiers cachés et non cachés Audacity sur le PC”, c’est inutile,

  • La désinstallation totale protège pendant quelques jours et …, la mise à jour revient AUTOMATIQUEMENT.

C’est un véritable scandale et si AUDACITY affirme qu’il n’y a pas de mise à jour automatique et bien ils MENTENT ou alors qu’ils me donnent la solution pour empêcher cela.

There is no automatic update, just an offer to update which can readily be dismissed.

And note carefully that neither the Skip nor the Install update buttons are focused so pressing a simple Return will not activate them, you have to choose …

I am connected to the Internet. I completely uninstalled Audacity 3.7.1 (French version) and I put back 3.5.1 (French version) which reloads all my plugins… but does not display the “Update Audacity” window, Audacity 3.7.1 is available… "Skip / Install update ?
So there is something that is not working and even the unchecked box for the disabled update in Audacity 3.5.1 does not prevent a forced update! I do not understand.
