Just move it into a differently named fold in you C:\Program Files folder.
E.g. call the folder Audacity 3-0-2
Then you can install the latest version into C:\Program Files\Audacity as normal

Thanks Pete out me depth here 302 is in the 32bit prog x86 files 351 is in Prog files which I believe is the 64 bit one? would that mean the new version would just over ride 351
Ensure new version has a portable settings folder, otherwise the different versions will share settings, with disastrous results.
Sorry, I forgot that 3.0.2 was just 32-bit - so no I don’t think that installing 64-bit 3.5.7 in Program Files would overwrite the 3.0.2 version in Program Files (x86).
But just to be sure I would still rename the folder tat carries 3.0.2 in the x86
