I just got a new Macbook Pro 2021. I installed MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 and download the FFmpeg and Audacity 3.2.5. I use studio headphones to listen to my mixes. I updated the audio setting to USB PNP Audio device that has a 1/4 audio jack because I have Selore 6.5 Global USB type C/USB 3.0 hub to connect my external hard drives. I have to keep quit the application if I unplug and plug in headphones if I need one with a microphone. This is really inconvenient. What is the work around?
Use Transport > Rescan Audio Devices
