I’m Having a Problem Adding A cover On My Meta Data of my Cd to my Mp3 ‘s Made By Audacity on MP3 tag. Please Help!
Audacity does not handle covers, and also metadata other than artist, song title and album name are a nightmare. You can use a separate program for this after you exported the mp3-files from Audacity.
I recommend mp3tag, available for macOS and for Windows.

Hello Romontschun. Thanks for getting back to me. Yeah I exported the Mp3 to my file in my documents folder to a folder called Audacity. I then used Mp3tag to create the Meta Data on the song , which worked. But when I went to put the album cover in the Meta Data, when I played it back on my windows music Player the Cover doesn’t show up. Is there something I’m missing to do? Please let me know. Thanks.

I’ve had the same problem. In addition, some media players will show the correct cover art, and others will not. I suspected that some players would only show images in certain formats, but my testing never determined any patterns. Even when I used a media player to add a cover, it would sometimes stop working as well. I bet the standards are loose, if they exist at all. Eventually I gave up.
So for some cold comfort I offer that you are not alone in your frustration.
