How to split track to multiple tracks?

Say, I have this 30 seconds audio track. I wanna split it into 10 different tracks 3 seconds each. The first track will be the first 3 seconds, the second will be the second 3 seconds (3s-6s), the third will be the third 3 seconds (6s-9s), and so on and then export it to be 10 different tracks. How should I do this?

The only way I know is by manually splitting it one by one and it’s very time consuming. Is there a way to automate it?

I run Audacity 2.3.2 in Windows 10.
