How to fix voice so it doesn't sound like recorded in a tube (or toilet)

I recorded an audio in a small room and the sound of the voice is similar if it was recorded in a tube. There are something like this in a voice. I cannot find working information how to use effects to fix it. I suppose it is in EQ but cannot find the right approach to fix it.

The free demo version of Acon’s DeFilter plugin will show the corrective EQ required.

There may not be one. Your recording has your voice bouncing from the walls and arriving at the microphone late compared to your primary voice. Echoes. The effect changes depending on the size of the room.

If effect, you want software to remove your voice from itself.

Instead of trying to clean this up, you may be a candidate for letting software actually read the performance.

Post back with your progress.

I designed a Kitchen Table Sound studio to get around these problems. It uses two furniture moving blankets and some plastic pipes. This presentation was in the middle of another posting.
