how do i stop the stupid women saying this is a demo when i play back what i have recorded aaaaahhhhh :frowning:

You do that by making sure that you download Audacity from our official site: http://audacityteam.org/download/

And I would recommend the 1.3.13 Beta - it is now a very mature Beta and far superior to the now very old 1.2 series which is no longer maintained/updated.
