Can anyone tell me how can I convert WAV file to MP3. My brother send me an audio file through his Apple Device and it is in WAV format. But I want to change it’s format in MP3. How can I do this? Waiting for solution.

Import it into Audacity with File > Import - or drag&drop the file into an open Audacity project window

Export it as MP3 with File > Export >Export as MP3
