HELP: Can anyone help me recover a corrupt file?

I was editing an episode of a podcast when the Audacity closed and when I tried to open the file back up I got the message "Audacity failed to read from a file in C:.
Audacity is 3.1.3
Windows 10 home version 21H2
All work done was saved on an internal hard drive.

Attached is the dropbox link with the file in question. Size is 5.63GB which is way bigger than any files I’ve previously worked on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The same issue happened to me last night, and I’m trying to find a solution too. I hope someone has a solution.

Sorry I should have mentioned in the original post that I did try that method but was unsuccessful

Then the outlook is not so good. However, if you wish to zip up your .aup3 file and upload it to a public file sharing service, then post (or PM me) a link, I’ll take a look at it.
