Focusrite Scarlet6i6 error opening recording device

Hi everyone,

I have recently bought a Focusrite Scarlet6i6 but I can’t make the recording device work on Audacity.
I have Pro Tools First and it works on it, so the hardware is fine.
I have tried matching the sample rates as instructed in the manual on the local computer : /audacity/help/manual/man/error_opening_sound_device.html

I have tried it with MME (and tried every other ones just to see), I always get the same error message “error opening recording device. Error code : -9999 Unanticipated Error”.

In the audio device info, I see that (i removed all the devices that are not the Focusrite) :

What I don’t understand is that for my recording device, there are not supported rates ?
I have the latest drivers of the focusrite (i tried reinstalling them, it did not change anything).
I have tried changing manually the rate from the “asio control panel” too, it did not change anything.
I’ve tried both in mono and stero for every rate.

Does anyone have a solution ?

Thank you in advance
