Envelope tool not working since 3.6

Hi,
Can anyone please help? The envelope tool is not working since upgrading to 3.6.
Three things can happen:

  1. It clicks but doesn’t stretch.
  2. Nothing happens at all.
  3. OR
  4. It might work momentarily then not at all.
    Looks like a software error to me. Any clues on how to fix this or do we have to wait for Audacity to fix this?

There is a bug in 3.6.1 with envelopes on clips that do not start at zero time.

This has been fixed for the soon to be upcoming 3.6.2 release.
