Ahora no a parece en el listado de efectos el efecto filtros clásicos.

In 3.1.3 and earlier the Classic Filters effect was not enabled by default.

To enable it:

1. Effect > Ad/Remove Plugins…
2. Click on the “New” radio button
3. Click on “Classic Filters”
4. Click the Enable button
5. click the OK button

and then you;re good to go with Classic Filters

BTW the latest version of Audacity is 3.2.1 (with 3.2.2 soon to come) and that automatically enables Classic Filters
