Crash Reporting fails to send crash report

Audacity 3.4.0 crash reporting fails to send the crash report.
After I click the Send button, about 3-4 seconds later an Info message dialog is produced saying “Failed to send crash report”. (screenshot below)
I get this 100% of the time.
I’m running Audacity on Windows 10 Pro 22H2
Is there any logging available to troubleshoot why this may be occurring?

### Bug description Many times now I have encountered failure to send an Audaci…ty error report, the ET-phone-home dialog, when I click the **Send** button. This has worked for me in the past - it is only in recent times that this seems to be happening.
