Can't open new Audacity 2.3.3

I’m trying to run Audacity 2.3.3 on MacOS Catalina 10.15.1

I was having issues with Audacity the last few weeks that I couldn’t fix so I completely uninstalled and reinstalled it today. Now I can’t open it at all. It gives me this error message when I double click to open it:

Any suggestions??

right-click and grant it permission to open/launch

You only need to do it for the initial launch

Thank you @waxcylinder. I never saw the grant permission button but somehow right clicking and choosing open from there gave me another option to open anyway in the next window. I really appreciate it.
