@Tantacrul
I came across an issue with the TCP Volume and Pan double-click popup dialogs. Depending on platform and version of OS, entering a value in the popup dialog and either clicking OK or typing Enter dismisses the dialog, but may or may not change the value of the related control. Windows and Linux do not appear to be affected. Here are my test results:
| OS | Audacity | Results |
|---|---|---|
| macOS Tahoe 26.2 | 3.7.7 | Volume & Pan both work sporadically with OK or Enter |
| macOS Tahoe 26.2 | 2.4.2 | Volume & Pan both work sporadically with OK or Enter |
| macOS Sequoia 15.7.3 | 3.7.7 | Volume & Pan work as expected with OK and Enter |
| macOS Sequoia 15.7.3 | 2.4.2 | Volume & Pan work as expected with OK and Enter |
| macOS Ventura 13.7.8 | 3.7.7 | Volume & Pan both work sporadically with OK or Enter |
| macOS Ventura 13.7.8 | 2.4.2 | Volume & Pan both work sporadically with OK or Enter |
| macOS Catalina 10.15.7 | 2.4.2 | Volume & Pan work as expected with OK and Enter |
| Windows 11 10.0.26200 | 3.7.7 | Volume & Pan work as expected with OK and Enter |
| Linux Mint 22.3 | 3.7.7 | Volume & Pan work as expected with OK and Enter |
Related Consistency Note: The OK and Cancel buttons in the Volume and Pan dialog in macOS and Linux (Cancel on the left) are reversed from their positions in Windows (OK on the left).
Hope this helps,
- Stuart
