audacity please bring back orange wave color cause blue is bad and in settings do so you can select which color you want and add so you can set every single sample rms to 0 db just add a limiter for max loudness possible settings without distortion

You can get close to that but you might not like the sound. Music and normal program material has quiet parts and loud parts. And any noise during silence or quiet parts will be boosted.

• Run the Amplify effect at something like +20 dB and allow clipping (it’s not clipped yet because Audacity can go over dB temporarily-internally.)

• Then run the limiter with a threshold of 0dB and make-up gain of 0dB.

Just about every wave will peak at 0dB but the RMS won’t be 0dB. RMS is like an average.

If every sample is 0dB it will be very badly distorted. If you wanted to do that, you could amplify by maybe 100dB (you’d have to to that in 2 steps, 50db at a time) and then export as a regular WAV file which will limit/clip at 0dB.
