Audacity 3.6.1 crashes on export to m4a (AAC) FFmpeg

Hi, I upgraded my computer some months ago. Running Windows 11 Pro.
FFMPEG installed.
Each time I try to export a file to .m4a Audacity instantly crashes.

This is a screenshot of my export settings.
Audacity generates a problem report, but fails to send when asked.
Exception code 0xc0000005
Interestingly the Problem Report incorrectly identifies the OS, CPU and GPU.

Testing on W10 with 3.6.1 and the latest Beta test build I have for the upcoming 3.6.2

I cannot reproduce this - Export to M4A(AAC) works fine for me.

Peter.

Greetings AJ.
I was having the same issue this morning, first time I’ve tried exporting M4A in a while. I also have FFMPEG installed.

I went here:
https://lame.buanzo.org/ffmpeg.php

and downloaded the v5.0 of FFMPEG, installed it and rebooted. Problem solved, at least for me!

Thank you Jim!
I went to that website and downloaded FFMPEG v5 for Audacity 3.x, installed it, and now it is working perfectly.
