Audacity 3.0.2 - Bug report

Update on how to reproduce 2nd bug:

1. Split a track into 3 parts
2. Using the envelope tool, create a fade in effect on the second split, like in the original image.
3. Copy the 3rd split and paste it back onto itself.

I’m not able to reproduce the problem.
Does it have to be a mono or stereo track?
Do you use the Envelope tool or the multi-tool?
Anything else you can think of that would help us to reproduce the issue?

1. Weird, I can do it every time.
2. I haven’t tried mono yet.
3. Envelope tool.
4. Video?

Also, different question - why is audacity lagging so much when I’ve edited hours of tracks to the point every button makes it freeze for a few seconds and longer when more time has passed? Can it be my pc’s fault? I have an Samsung 860 pro SSD and a decent CPU though.

I cannot reproduce this either - testing on W10 with 3.0.3
