Accessibility page on manual countains link to oldest guide

I’ve noticed, that accessibility page countains link to oldest guide. Please, could You update It with this one?

I have just updated that in the alpha manual for the upcoming 3.6.0 release of Audacity. I also added a further link in the blue intro box at the top of the page.

I cannot edit the link in the current released manual for 3.5.1, sorry.
