Would like to run TT Dynamic Range Meter with Audacity

I just downloaded this meter: http://www.pleasurizemusic.com/

But I do not know how to get it to work with Audacity(or with any other player/DAW for that matter). It is useless as a standalone and works only as a plugin with a DAW.

Please Help.

It appears to be a component for Foobar2000, but on their free downloads page it says:
“This version has an expiration date set to 31 August 2011”

Would any plug-in VU meter work with Audacity until it supports real-time effects? I’ve never found one that does.
