Won't open

MacOS Mojave 10.14.2
Audacity 2.3.0

I was working in Audacity trying to figure out why I was having so many dropouts, and after closing it and trying to reopen, Audacity would bounce in my dock but would immediately close. Over and over. Tried restarting my computer, reinstalling, etc. Can anyone offer any guidance? Thanks. I’ve been using Audacity for a year now, so this is rather frustrating. :cry:
