wont open the .aup file randomly

I was working on the file, then i closed it. I went to re-open it and its busted. “cannot find the project data folder”. See pictures for what pops up, 1st one then immediately the second one. Is there a fix? I would love to not lose this project. Thanks.

Windows 10, latest Audacity version (Updated it today)

This is an Audacity Project.

They have to be side by side in the same location or folder. You can’t hide one inside the other as you did. Audacity will never unscramble that.
