This is a forum where users (try to) help other users of Audacity. This is not a support contact for Audacity. You should contact the site where you gave your credit card details, or via your credit card company.
Well, being that Audacity is a 100% free program, they don’t have a billing department. If you would have done 30 seconds worth of research, you’d know that. It sounds like you “bought” and downloaded it from some shady site and got yourself screwed.
