Where can I find old manuals?

Hi. I’m using Ubuntu 22 LTS, and my distro includes Audacity 2.4. It’s great because I can use Pulse to monitor. However, I can’t find the manual for version 2.4. When I search for how to time shift a clip, I find this documentation Time Shift Tool - Audacity Manual. It tells me the time shift tool has been replaced with clip handles. I don’t have clip handles.

Where can I find the manual that shipped with Audicity 2.4?
