I’m asking because I’m redesigning them straight in the cache.

That looks like the “edit toolbar”

“Reset toolbars” should make it visible …

Thanks for your reply.

I don’t think what I’m referring to is the Edit Toolbar.
The Edit Toolbar consists of the Zoom functions (top row), and the Trim, Silence, Undo and Redo functions (bottom row).

This is something wholly different; I’m pretty sure Merge-Audio-to-Audio functions; perhaps abandonned ??. Thanks.
