Where are the volume control (slider gain with the symbols ( - e +) it is easier thie way to g up anda down with voluem hte way it isis too much sensible,and we have no options to go up and down step by step. whiouth the + or -

the volume slider using the + or -. it is too bad, we just get to raise up and down, at least 0,3db ou more than this. we cannot have the exact control of increasing the volume step be step _01,db plus or minus., . It is like that in versions 3. you should add this function in version 4. it misses a lot and became too dificult to chenge the volume in a detailed way, 0,1 db , one by one

I’ve entered an enhancement request on Github for this.

Holding the Shift key while dragging the sliders gives finer control, but it is still fiddly in my opinion.

you are right., i totally agree with this. in version 3 it has this function. why they take it off?

I don’t know why, but I’ve asked that they put it back.

The entire UI in Audacity 4 needed to be re-done, and that particular dialog just hasn’t been re-implemented yet.
