What Effect Or Method Is This? And How To Achieve/Replicate It?

In this subliminal video:

The vocal track of affirmations has a - certain sound effect on it.

Clearly, sounds like a female with maybe a deep distortion. Or, “demonic echo”…IDK, but it ain’t reverb.

If you turn the volume up, you’ll hear it has distinctive timbre aside the water. (It’s not “silent”.)

Maybe, it’s possible to find out whatever it is by extracting vocals via isolation - but I still wouldn’t know what it is.

Any response is much appreciated.

The sound of water put through a lossy codec is going to become Rorschach audio, (like the inkblots).
