Was the inner RMS waveform removed in Audacity 4?

Audacity is the only audio editing application that I use or even know of that displays an inner waveform showing the RMS level (in light blue).

So far I only watched the sizzle reel:

…and it looks like there is no more inner waveform display.

Is there a way to turn it back on in Audacity 4? Or is that a removed feature?

No, it’s still there. You just have to make sure to set it in the preferences.
