Here’s my dilemma: When I had Win 7, it was able to use FL Studio’s Pitcher plugin with no problem.
Now that I have Win 10, it’s not activating at all. Is there any way I can get it to work properly?
Please always tell us your version of Audacity (all three numbers) - see the pink panel at the top of the page.
Assuming you have the current Audacity 2.1.1 from http://audacityteam.org/download/windows, see http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/faq_installation_and_plug_ins.html#vst_install. The VST effect must be enabled in Audacity at Effect > Manage… .

It is 2.1.1, yes, but I tried to enable it but it doesn’t let me use it and goes back to being in the new column under Manage.
Make sure you have the latest version of FLStudio, or it may not actually support Windows 10.
If the problem persists with the updated plugin, please zip up the DLL file any other files required for it to run and send me a Private Message (PM) attaching the ZIP. The PM button is under my name in any of my posts.

The DLL you attached by Private Message is not recognised in any version of Audacity I tried on Windows 7, even versions before the Plug-in Manager was added. There is obviously something wrong with that DLL, because Wavosaur won’t open it either.
What version of FL Studio do you have? Pitcher is distributed with FLStudio so I suggest you buy the latest version of FL Studio then try that Pitcher.
Or try GSnap or AutoTalent which are similar plugins but are free. Get the 32-bit version of GSnap, even if you are on 64-bit Windows 10.
