Volume significantly increased after export

Hello there! I use Audacity on a Windows 10 and I use a Blue Yeti. I noticed this around a month ago, but my volume after exporting will be normal, and my volume within audacity itself will be very quiet. I’ve been turning up my computer volume while in the program itself, but it is admittedly pretty irritating.

I’ve tried uninstalling the program, and I didn’t alter anything within settings for this to happen. Does anyone know of any fixes? Thank you! :slight_smile:

There is a playback volume slider (now “hidden” and combined with the playback meters). If that’s low, Audacity’s playback will be lower than “normal” and possibly lower than other applications.
