Volume leveling help

I screwed up when I was making a recording and recorded a single track of two people talking at two different volumes. One is at -18db and the other is at -3db. Is there an easy way to make both voices the same volume?

Hola! puedes probar a comprimir la pista entera de la siguiente manera:
Escucha las partes más bajas del audio y fíjate en el nivel que tiene (en este caso dices -18db), bien, pues selecciona la pista y activa el compresor. En el compresor selecciona los decibelios más bajos que hayas escuchado en la pista (en este caso -18) y pon un ratio de 3:1, no toques nada más del compresor(con eso debería bastar, si no realiza todo el proceso poniendo 4:1) y comprime la pista. Una vez comprimida y SIN HACER NINGUN CAMBIO, vuelve a seleccionarla y repite la compresión exactamente igual que la primera vez. eso debería nivelar los volúmenes.

You can try the Leveller Effect. (It’s listed under “distortion” but it’s not really intended to make distortion.)

But it’s probably not going to sound great. When the volume is boosted the background noise will also get boosted, and it won’t help if both people are talking at the same time.
