Vocal Remover not available?

I am running Audacity 2.1.1 on windows 10. I don’t see vocal remover in the EFFECT tab. I did see them in the manage tab under the sub menu of EFFECT but even after enabling it. It does not show in the menu. Please Help…

There is no need to use Vocal Remover. If you need the dual mono output that Vocal Remover produces, use Vocal Reduction and Isolation instead, and choose the “Remove Center Classic (Mono)” choice. See Vocal Reduction and Isolation - Audacity Manual.

Vocal Reduction and Isolation is usually much preferable to Vocal Remover, assuming you want a stereo result.
