Vocal remover effect missing from Audacity

I just updated to Audacity 3.7.5 and want to remove the vocal track from a song, but the vocal remover is missing from Effect >Special and doesn’t show up in the Plugin Manager list. Any suggestions for getting it back?

There is now a Music Separation Plug-in. (I have not tried it.)

The old Vocal Removal and Isolation plug-in is here. It MIGHT still be on your computer in the Audacity plug-in folder if you upgraded but you might have to enable it. And I’m not sure where it shows-up in the menu.
