Vision of the blurry program in windows 10, how can I rescale?

Hello everyone. I just installed audacity 2.4.2 on a new lenovo IdeaPad S340 PC and Audacity looks bad to me, as blurry, letters and outlines are not sharp. Is there a way to resize this so it can be seen right? attached image
