Version 4.0.0.262451524. “Mix and Render” controls seem to be missing from UI. Used “Export Audio” to mix all tracks and export to two formats; metadata was properly written to WAV file but no metadata was written to MP3 file.
I have the same problem.

I have fixed both issues in Soundscaper, my audacity 4 port to the web.
