im still using audacity version 233 portable
i think i tried upgrading and then i tried dragging a file in and it would not accept it. i dont know why. so i just went back to the 233
is there any loss of abilities in the newer versions? or reason i should stay on 233?
Some file types require something called FFmpeg to be playable in Audacity
The newer version of Audacity may require a new (64-bit) version of FFmpeg to be installed

There seem to be a lot of teething problems with Audacity 3.x.x
[I’m still mainly using Audacity 2.3.2].
