Using Audacity's logo in my free ebook

Hi everyone,

I could not find an appropriate section for this question so here I am.

I am writing a free ebook where I also teach some things about Audacity.
Will I be able to include the logo on some of the pages?

The Audacity logo is a registered trademark, so you should ensure that the “®” is included, and include a citation somewhere.
Obviously you need to make it clear that your book is not an official Audacity® publication and is not endorsed in any way by Audacity.
