uninstalling audacity

if i unistall and redownload it will i lose my user name and password for forums?

Even though the forum and the program for the same product, program installs are independent of the forum logins. So the login should be OK no matter what you do to the program.

A quick note: You don’t uninstall Audacity by uninstalling Audacity. It’s a little more complicated than that.

I’ve no idea. As with other programs, in 99% of cases just using “Add/Remove Programs” does the job.

No. This forum is completely separate from your installation of Audacity.

Audacity is free and does not require registration. This forum only requires registration so as to prevent it being overrun by spam.
